In Stella Doppie there are references to a discoverer called SKF. The pairs he describes are usually very faint and beyond my equipment.

Does anyone know who this is?

Thank-you Michael. I suspected it was Brian.  I was fortunate to meet and travel with him from Flagstaff to the TSP years ago
