I had the misfortune to drop from about 6t to a hard surface my 8 months old Rigel Quick finder, and unfortunately it stopped working.
Changing the battery I realized that the battery holder was broken.
I contacted Rigel, they asked that I return the unit.
I was informed that the battery holder was the issue, that they would fix it and while under warranty there would be no charge.
The unit was returned to me within a few days, and working like a charm.
Thank you Rigel, you are number one on my list. Great service, excellent customer relations.
