Hello guys from the forum, I'm having problems with my assembly, which is the ioptron cube pro 8408, he loses the link with the satellite frequently, I wanted to know if it happened to someone or if it is a defect of equipment or the region where I live, because the my yard where I make observations is a closed environment?

A gps needs at least 4 satellites to get a position fix, so if you are in a tight place that might be a problem. Try taking the mount to a location with a better view of the sky. If it is not a place where you want to do your astronomy you can test the system. Your can do it in daylight.
