Hi bought a used copy of this book for next to nothing, according to the rewievs on Amazon it should be good.... I hope😄

Its really a great book, I read mine from cover to cover and learned a ton from it. You will enjoy the book immensely.

Yes, it's highly recommendable as an introduction to the subject. For a more detailed and technical follow-up, The Cambridge Encyclopedia of Meteorites, by the same author, O. Richard Norton, is outstanding.
