UPS says my package should be here this Friday 7 Aug 2020

So quick run down on time frame  not counting the support just dropping off package and receiving it back.

Dropped off at ups at 21 July 2020 and received back 7 Aug 2020 for a total of;

18 days turn around

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now with ticket the submission that will be 20 days, but I am only counting the days it left my hands.

These are assuming UPS delivers on time it took UPS to get it to Celestron a total of 5 days and looks like its another 5 days to get back, if we eliminated shipping period and i dropped off myself and pickup myself it would be a total of 3-5 Day turn around. Once received ill post a video of the issue and after it was repair.

Hopefully all is well.
