I could post this in equipment but I think ill get better replies here.

I am looking at TS carbon fiber newts. 12" f5

I have to figure out the focuser options.

the expensive version the ONTC has a Moonlite focuser option, which would be great with a moonlite controller. but the UNTC is >1000 euros more expensive, id really like to go with the cheaper netonian, the UNC

the UNC comes with the UNCN2, a 2 inch focuser that I could put a controller on. sticking with this would be the cheapest option. its just a 2 inch focuser but my chip is very small, it would be fine.

the real question I guess is, is this focuser any good? they say it is of course. my camera is pretty heavy. A QSI with built in 8 position filter wheel. it must weigh 4 or 5 pounds.

hopefully some people with the newts can share some experience with me
