I have a Losmandy G11 Gemini 2 and a recently-aquired ASIAIR Pro. While I'm loving the ASIAIR Pro overall, I'm having an issue with the polar alignment routine. When selecting polar alignment, it will take the image and plate solve it, but when it then moves to slew the mount 60 degrees, the mount moves very slowly and it does not appear to register any movement on the app (i.e. the mount moves as though it were in "center" rather than "slew"). Over the course of about 2 minutes, the mount will continue moving to the point where the RA shaft is parallel to the ground - I stopped and did not let it continue slewing. I've tried with and without the Gemini 2 hand controller plugged in and I've also made sure the mount speed setting is at maximum speed.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
