Opposing lunar crescents (morning crescent followed by evening crescent at the next day) August 18/19 from North America.

Look for the morning crescent about 30 minutes before sunrise in the east-northeast on August 18 followed by evening crescent on evening of August 19, 30 minutes after sunset.

Shortest recorded interval about 34.5 hours.  This one is nearly 39 hours.  The moon is north of the ecliptic.  New moon is the evening of August 18.  Near Perigee.  Good prospects.  Use planetarium program like Stellarium to determine circumstances from your location.

Happy observing!
