On another blistering hot and humid day, I ventured outside to catch some solar activity. I did use, however, my new Telegizmo Solar Observing hood, that I instead placed around my computer cave, to provide me with some really dark area to capture my videos and provided some relief from the hot Sun.
My imaging train was: AT80ED refractor, 2" diagonal, Quark Chromo eyepiece, 2X barlow with 0.5 reducer, ASI290MM camera, captured with Firecapture 2.6.
Post Processing was Autostakkert!2, Registax wavelets, IMPPG sharpening, Adobe CS2 Dodge and Burn, MS Paint Crop and reduce.
CaK image was AT60ED, Lunt CaK module BF600, ASI290MM with 2X barlow/0.5 Reducer, Firecapture 2.6, same processing as above.
