Had a steady high pressure giving good seeing but very cold conditions. Heavy dew meant climbing on the step ladder with a hairdryer every 5 mins. I imaged Mars before dawn but result was disappointing as didn't capture enough data. All these images captured with the ASI 1290MM. Thanks for looking.

Big and bright images of Jupiter and Saturn with lots of detail.   Hope you are now defrosted and have the use of all fingers.

Thanks again mate. smile.gif  How's going up there? Any decent steady nights? I could imagine you would get some cold nights up there too.

Thanks again. These are shrunk right down do to CN as everything appears larger than life when posted here. My fingers are good thanks, heavy rain here so packed it in for a while. Luckily it doesn't quite get as cold Canberra.smile.gif

We actually got some rain last week. This weekend dried out a fair bit, but it was still cool today. But it hasn't been unbearably cold. We're expecting frost tonight, but things should be picking up from hereā€¦
