     I'm debating brands. I had my eye on the Orion Giant View

but as I've researched, (i.e. looked at posts in "Binoculars" and going to 

Oberwerk's website) I've been impressed with the Oberwerk brand.

A few quick questions.

 

1) For the money, is the Oberwerk Deluxe a better bino than the Orion Giant View WP

binos (both size 15x70)? Specifically, are the Oberwerks less likely to be out
of or go out of collimation?
2)Does Oberwerk give better tech support than Orion?
3)And importantly (for me) is there a focuser on the right eyepiece in addition to the center focuser
on the Oberwerk that will enable both eyes to be individually focused?

Yes on all three counts, IMO. 

 

The Oberwerk Dlx is a robust binocular that a number of members here have had good experience. 

 

Kevin Busarow at Oberwerk gives personal service; you're not dealing with a warehouse sales clerk.

 

Because the Dlx 15x70 has center focus, there is a right eye diopter adjustment for individual eye adjustment.
