I have an Atlas Pro EQ/G that has been great, until tonight. The RA motor runs, and the belt is turning. However, the mount doesn’t move. I run the mount at approximately 25% of its weight capacity, always on AC power. Dec operates normally.

Has anyone had experience with this mount?

The simplest explanation would be a loose pinch bolt of the RA axis worm gear. If it is loose, pulling the rack should pull it away from the worm axis. The set screw is on the inside (behind the rack). You will gain access to it after unscrewing the "plug" screw marked in the second photo. Of course, you have to turn the RA rack so that its clamping screw appears in the hole after the removed "plug" screw.
