There seems to be a shortage of matching spider centre & secondary holder rod pairings.

 

Its usually the spider hole is too small for secondary rods. Are there any makes with compatible diameters? Or other solutions?

I fail to see the need for half of the parts you mention!

Yet this spider assembly is stiff and strong enough to pick up the whole telescope without losing collimation!
