I had 24-13-8-5 for a few years. When I got the 6” Mak I picked up a 17 as I felt like that would be important for the Mak, and useful for certain targets in other scopes. More recently I picked up a used 10 Luminos for cheap. I don’t use it with the fast newts but it is quite respectable at F7.7 and higher. It especially gets used with the achro as it gives me 100x on that scope. It isn’t ideal and I will probably upgrade at some point but it fills a void for now, and when I am ready to upgrade, I can get my investment back.

I've used my pentax 10.5 XL eyepiece for years until I replaced it with my 10mm Ethos. Recently, though, I've started to use it again in my 12" because it's lighter and I don't have to mess with a counterweight. While the pentax 10.5 is an excellent eyepiece, I don't care for the 20mm eye relief which is excessive if you don't wear eyeglasses.

Optically, it's a draw between the 10 Delos and the 10XW....ergonomically, it's just a twist with 2 fingers versus choking the poor thing to death with both hands.

I prefer my 11mm DeLite to my 10mm Pentax XW. But in a flat field scope or using a visual flattener with a triplet or doublet, and your bank account is robust, I vote for a Takahashi UW 10mm.
