It has taken awhile but I finally received my 15x70 LW’s today. Just thought I’d share the news. Now if only these clouds would recede it would be great.
Clear skies everyone 👍

Let us know your opinion once you have a chance to use them.  I just ordered a pair of Oberwerk 20X80 LW 's and can't wait for them to arrive.

I picked up the 20x80 LW last month.  Glad I got them.  Was only able to use them 2 times so far.

You will like the 15x70 LW.

Just loving my Oberwerk 11x70 binoculars. Was able to use them several times so far. Thinking about a 20x80 pair of binoculars, but am not sure which brand to purchase. They range in price from $120.00 to $800.00 or more. Makes it confusing to choose. Perhaps I should bite the bullet an get an Oberwerk 20x80 LW.

I have the Oberwerk 20x80 Deluxe III and use them on a Farpoint parallagram mount on an Oberwerk 5000 tripod.  That setup works well but I do have some issues getting the binos adjusted for my eye spacing - I also cannot use them with the eyecups extended.  If I extend the eyecups it is like looking through a paper towel tube.  I think you cannot find better options than Oberwerk for the cost.

If you can find some of the vintage Celestron deluxe 20 x 80, the ones with the longer focal length, that would be a very good one. These sold for around $400 new, I saw a pair several months ago for $300, but were sold before I could reply to the ad.
