You have to push and pull everything to see what is loose. I had a similar problem, and it was a wiggly board that held focuser.
Could be a problem with secondary mount or spider. Could be poles slipping.
Laser collimator is useful. Get a 2" one.

It’s been a while since I last posted about this, but the scope is coming along! I dropped the collimation bolts back down to a normal height and cut the truss tubes down by about 1/2”. Then I used plastic to make a replacement cell and made mirror clips out of wood that look similar to the original ones:
