All, kindly note there has been a recent addition to the Classifieds rules, with the addition of Rule # 18, which I copy below:

 

18. ITAR related items: No material detailing or summarizing specifications for ITAR restricted items, including manuals, may be posted within the Classifieds. Furthermore, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller to ensure compliance with current International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
