Hi All,

I'm at it again, and wanted to share my latest capture. 5 hrs and 25 mins on Melotte 15, inside the heart nebula. The colors are mapped to their true color wavelengths. In red channel is redish orange for SII and Ha, for green channel is OIII, and for blue channel is Hb. Where you see the color is where data truly is...

I made a short cinematic video on my journey, please check it out, I think you might enjoy it!

Gear:

Orion 8" Astrograph

ZWO ASI 294MC Pro

Atlast EQ-G Mount

Orion Mini Guider Package

2" Triad Quad Band Narrowband filter

Thanks.

Thats amazing - do you think that SII adds that much that not having it, it would be missed on most targets?

Just out of curiosity...is this kind of photo possible with a color camera?  It is amazing.

The camera he used *is* a one shot color (ZWO ASI294MC).
