Ship it to the Leica repair facility in Portugal.

Look halfway down this page: https://en.leica-cam...air-Maintenance

The problem is, shipping to portugal and shipping portugal-brazil. And customs will charge it 60%. This problem can be easy to resolve. I prefer to know what is the problem and how can i solve it. If difficult, i will think to send to leica

Hi,

You are a part missing - in the blue circle.

You will not be able to fit these part yourself  -  you need special tools to take it apart and put it back together and then you will have to calibrate the binocular.

Send it to Leica !!!!1

No, I saw the schema and no part missing. Is only how to close it.

Look this pictire. All parts are inside and mount correctly. I need only know how close it.

I think i need unlock the top wheel and thread the booth wheels.

Can you get the exposed threaded area to screw back into the other nesting section by at least a turn or two?  If so then the upper button should unlock by pulling straight along the axis.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Tim

Have you tried to somehow hold the threaded area securely then move the outer focus wheel along the axis to unlock?  Maybe use a piece of leather or thick rubber on the exposed threads and carefully squeeze with some pliers (or use pliers with boots on the jaws) to see if you can then unlock.  Squeezing too much could distort or break the threads so proceed cautiously.

Like others have suggested - they might need a trip to Leica for repair, or an authorized/trusted local repair shop.

Cheers,

Tim
