Given two clear nights back to back this week, I imaged the area of the Heart Nebula (IC 1805) sometimes referred to the Heart of the Heart. This was a perfect target at my native prime-focus imaging scale with my TEC 140 at f/7.

For details, this is a total 9.8 hour integration from my Bortle 5 backyard, consisting of a total of 98 subs at 6 minutes each - 36 of Ha, 29 of O3 and 33 of S2 at minus 15C, Unity Gain, with my ASA1600MM.

Calibration and processing was with Pixinsight with some final tweaks in Photoshop.

Thanks for looking and I am grateful for any comments.....

First of all I have to congratulate for such a fine image. Second to that another thumbs up for such a natural look eventhough this is the Hubble palete isn't it?
Great image

Thank you all!

Mert, yes, this is processed in the SHO (Hubble) palette. Actually, all of my narrow band imaging to date has been SHO processed. I'm thinking of late though to try some other palettes as well. For example, I might try HSO, SOH or OSH to see what kind of look these would give.....
