Hi

I have tried using my mallincam to view Mars. The image is washed out. I used the lowest exposure setting x16.

Does anyone know what settings to adjust. Trying to watch Rock give a tutorial on youtube is frustrating and really did not show using it on planets.

I even used a moon filter but was still too bright.

I had to use my cheap old 1 meg camera with moon filter to get this image. This eyepiece camera only has very few slide settings.

I was hoping to get a better image with the mallincam. I can get an image on deep sky by increasing exposure but not planets.

Thanks
