Hey all,

had the opportunity to drive out to some dark skies and I had been itching for a good IRIS.

the night was great, the RASA is so fast that I just want to fit as many objects in as possible... The potential is great for amazing images, but for now I am quite content with an hour or two on each depending on how dim. Here are the results.

 RASA 8

ASI 183 MC PRO -10C  unity gain, 30 sec for iris, 60 sec everything else. Iris was 2 hours integration time, everything else was 45 minutes, no more than an hour. I love the dust on the Orion so I will revisit and use 5 second subs to composite a proper core in.

Losmandy G11 with Sidereal Tech controller

NINA imaging for acquisition Pixinsight for processing.

Oh and my cable router isnt working just right. Anyone care to elaborate on how I should run it? Still getting spikes.

Also got the Sculptor, but its so low that I want to wait till I add more time to do it justice.

As always critique is welcome. I am still learning how to use this amazing instrument!
