I'll add to the thread. Code is completely basic right now. and I didn't really take many images of it.

 

Part list:

 

  • Choice of outdoor enclosure + alibaba source acrylic dome
  • Raspberry Pi 3B+
  • Raspberry Pi HQ camera module
  • Motor controller hat for dew heather
  • 12v to 5v convertor
  • Spare Kendrick secondary mirror wrap around heater
  • 100 watt Renogy panel
  • Renogy rover elite 20A MPPT charge controller
  • 100 Ah AGM battery
  • DFRobot DHT22 temp/humidity sensor

 

If anyone wants more let me know I can put the code up or write up some more details.
