Comet Atlas C/2020 M3, in Lepus is near 8th magnitude and can be seen with 10x50 binocs, 

but it is described as having a large 12' diffused nucleus so I doubt this is it. Haven't seen it here because of cloudy skies for the past week.

Actually, it's called the comet bug smear.  It was on my wife's Miata windshield. Up near the rear view mirror.
