RGB Lunar imagers - how do you stack to account for rotation?

My process is to film each channel, stack each one in Autostackert, then take each image, open them up in Photoshop.  Make a new image, and paste each channel in the corresponding R G B, and then physically drag each image until it aligns.  Its never perfect, but its close enough.  I am curious how others do it?
