Here's my sketch of the waning gibbous Moon from earlier this month from Central Texas. This is the complementary side of my waxing post from July 2020 Moon.

I wanted to catch the triple craters Theophilus, Cyrillus, and Catharina on the terminator edge near the center of the Moon and just below Mare Tranquillitatis.

I used Faber-Castell polychromas pencils on black art paper.

I added white chalk to brighten the illuminated portions of the Moon.

 

Celestron Evolution 8 with 2" 56mm eyepiece.

Very nice indeed... Those three craters are a beautiful sight through the eyepiece. Congrats E-Ray on producing this fine image.
