Hello,

attached  the Martian picture with my new 408mm Newton telescope.

Clearly recognizable the storm in the southern hemisphere. The picture of 20.11. was overlaid with a blue channel to make the storm foothills more visible. The ASI 178 and RGB filters were used by Astronomik.

Thank you for your kind comments.

Unfortunately, the atmospheric conditions were not optimal. Therefore, the 16 inch images do not show the maximum detail. However, they are much better than the results with my 225mm sun unigraph (225mm FH optics)!
