Hi All

Has anyone run any testing (sharpcap sensor analysis for example) in the various different modes of the QHY600?

What readout modes are people using? I have found that High Gain seems the best, certainly with regard to linearity.

However our dark frames at -5C have a lot of hot pixels it seems. Is this normal?

Do the readout modes affect dark frames?

Many Thanks

I am researching this camera myself and am interested in these answers. I think this question would be better placed in the advanced forum.
