Are there any commercial available fast f/2.8- f/3, with diameter 6” or 8”, primary mirrors on the market?

I don't think so.  Sound like a custom mirror requirement to me.

Teleskop-Express carries the Boren-Simon line of astrographs that will get you there if you’re willing to buy an entire telescope. Not cheap, but the 6” is not unreasonable considering you also get the coma corrector.

Why not a focal reducer? Less coma and less collimation worries too.

I know that MirroSphere makes very fast small primaries. These are some of the best (european-made) mirrors according to reports, rivalling the best U.S. makers. Price is "high", but in the end really not so high if you consider the sheer amount of work needed to extract a good figure from a f3 mirror.

Out of curiosity, what would you like to do with such a mirror? A very portable newt RFT? A pure astrograph? It seems a bit "extreme" to me, nevertheless interesting
