Hi just sharing my image recently taken over a couple of rare nights of clear sky!

 

This image is about 5-6 hours in all split between Ha and OIII filters using a Canon 400mm lens hooked up to an ASI 1600MM camera.

Wonderful image, I prefer the one with stars but that's just me. Hope you get more clear sky so we get more images like these !

😄 I'd not go quite that far but they just don't feel right without stars. Like bacon without eggs. Gin without tonic.

I see your point but I like to see the Nebula on its own just for interest of what is there. I think I like the stars more on an image I would print etc.
