Watching the youtu.be(?) video, saw the images of NGC 1723 group of galaxies in the region of Orion’s dark molecular clouds(DMC). Checking my charts, to which I had added galaxies 30 years ago, the1723 group was there. 

I always thought that a continuing study of the NGC, IC, & PGC galaxies(& their possible CHANGES of apparent magnitudes) closest to Orion’s DMCs, could have detected motion of the DMCs, specially IF two DMCs, moving in opposite directions, could be simultaneously covering or uncovering galaxies!grin.gif grin.gif
