Skies briefly cleared for some lunar imaging and it was a treat! 2 panel Mosaic and it shows a great view.The noise on this camera is truly low

Shot 2 90 second SER videos for each segment. Stacked in Autostakkert, Wavelets and align channels in Registax.

 

 

Color enhancement in photoshop. a simple color denoise to deal with the green bias. Upped the saturation, then adjusted the brightness. The stitched in ICE

What was the frame rate you got on the 533, by the way?

Ok. Didn’t know if you’d cut down the ROI since you had to do a two frame mosaic. I believe the frame rate is usually dictated by the vertical ROI only. So, for example if 100% of the frame height gets you 80% of the height of the Moon, you could reduce your vertical ROI to say 70% and increase your frame rate. Won’t work near full Moon because of width, of course.
