Hi,

I am looking for some guidance on what software can be used for creating a time lapse video file (avi) using 94 raw images (CR2 files) from a Canon DSLR. I tried StarStaX and PIPP.

StarStaX is unable to import the raw files.

With PIPP, the video that is created using the 94 raw images and a dark frame image does not play in Windows Media Player or VLC. So, not sure what the settings should be for creating the video correctly.

Any guidance is much appreciated.

Thanks!

You may want to google something like "CR2 to video"

I did those videos by using jpeg images. There are ton of free software to do that. You just set the frame rate and the resulting video file format.
