Hi Community !

 

I have just recently acquired an MT-130 with its EM-1S mount which I delight in observations.
I am turning to you for a problem with the AD drive of the AD motor of the mount.

I notice that the engine is not running, diode on.
I'm wondering if this isn't from the hand controller (two buttons, one red (2x sidereal speed), one white (0x sidereal speed)).

Just a boozy question: if the racquet is not plugged in, does the motor still run by default?

I just checked the racket wiring and I think the ground was unsoldered:

Before changing the jack to a new one, could you please confirm the connection?

Black wire = Ground (base of the jack)
Red wire = gap connection (Channel R - right for standard jack connections)
White wire = top of the jack (Channel L - Left for standard jack connections)
