I finally got my 61 out under the stars last night. This is a great little scope for low power sweeps. I did test my 6.5 Morph with this scope as well. Many objects were beautiful with that kind of high power as well. Because of it's limited back focus, the 2 in Diagonal is a must for astro observing. It does not matter to me, because I like a 2 in optical train anyway. The best low power views has been my TV 27mm Pan. Definitely a mighty mini monster!

A WO ZS61 and a TV 27mm Pan is fairly accurately described as "low power".
13.3x and around 5.1 degrees.
They work well on the Az GTi mount. And the Blue ones look best. (Mine's Blue )

Hi there!
