When I came home late after work yesterday, I immediately pulled out my 4" refractor to take a look at the near full moon. At its eastern edge the "magnetic anomaly" of Reiner Gamma was very striking. Seeing was not that great, but I decided to sketch this very interesting and mysterious feature anyway. I used a dark grey piece of paper and black + white pastel pencils. Magnification 204x (7mm DeLite + 2x Barlow)
The sketch was later photographed and flipped horizontally for correct orientation
