For those of you who are considering getting into photometry, and perhaps have an astrophotography background, I made the following presentation (https://youtu.be/-sNFU7D0-Ok) to the AISIG (Astro Imaging SIG) of the SDAA (San Diego Astronomy Association) last week. The second half of the presentation describes what's required for basic photometry, and provides an overview of the upcoming JPL Exoplanet Watch citizen science project. The first hour of the presentation looks at Electronic Assisted Astronomy (EAA).
