This reminds me of this cool sci-fi movie Time Trap where people go into this hole in the ground and time moves slower down there. They look up and see the sun going by lickity split as a super amount of time goes by every second.

It's in the article.  She put a tin can and piece of film in it (diy pin-hole camera) and forgot about it for years.
