I have Astroberry running on a Pi 4. After some inital hiccups I got it running.

 

Now the next step is to get the CEM 60 controlled from the Astroberry Pi Unit.

 

 

What cable(s) will I need to hook up the Pi unit to the CEM60 mount?

 

For reference the Pi has 4 usb ports on it.

This cable is entirely too long but it's what you need. It plugs into the RS-232 port on the CEM60 and your computer. (I connect mine to a Black Box extender, but the connections are the same for a computer/raspberry.) I shortened mine by 3'+.

Excellent!  Then I just connect the one end into the mounts rs232 port and the other into the pi correct? Sorry for seemingly dumb questions.

And I assume that I don't plug the hand controller in while running the mount via astroberry?

You can. I do so I can sometimes see the RA/Dec. It won't bother anything as long as you don't press buttons.
