This was done on the fly in between thunderstorms. I wasn't expecting any sun at all, so when there was an unexpected clearing I set up quickly. The seeing wasn't very good for imaging, but the view was nice while it lasted.

Scope: Tak 60

Filters: Coronado 60/BF-10

Camera: ZWO 178MM

Mount: Tak Teegul Sky Patrol

These may look clearer when opened, especially the full disc.

The colors are never quite how I want them, but I'm leaving them alone for now. Too much tweaking hurts my eyes after awhile.

Converted to jpg for posting. Thanks again for having a look!

Hey thanks everybody! I truly appreciate it! The proms are still putting up a good show this morning. Unfortunately a LOT of clouds have moved and kept me from having time to image. Hopefully it will clear up later. We'll see!
