I'm mad at myself for not setting alerts on ebay! I missed out on the 4 years I'm missing (1948 to 1951) for Sky and Telescope. Those are the only magazines I'm missing physically. I see in the sold items someone had just sold those years! blah. Cost of the sales were somewhat high per set though.

I'd been doing ebay searches for well over a year trying to find them. I just setup alerts so I'll get an email this time. Not sure why I didn't think of that before.

Did you try a "Wanted" add on CN?

 

I searched for a book by Garrett Serviss for about a year before I found one.  Frustrating, but worth it.

Hah...I'm down to only needing 1948 and half of 1949. I really like the physical copies way more than the digital ones.

 

They quality is better and I like the smell...haha. But I'm a physical media type of guy. 

 

The digital ones are a bit hard to come by nowadays.
