Here is one of the first images taken with my QHY 294M and my AT 10" CFRC .  Somewhat short exposure time but it is bright.

Dates:Jan. 18, 2021 ,  Jan. 22, 2021

Frames:
Astronomik Deep-Sky B: 27x180" (gain: 1600.00) -23C bin 1x1
Astronomik Deep-Sky G: 27x180" (gain: 1600.00) -23C bin 1x1
Astronomik Deep-Sky R: 27x180" (gain: 1600.00) -23C bin 1x1
Astronomik MC Clear: 45x180" (gain: 1600.00) -23C bin 1x1

Description:

 

NGC 1977 is the reflection nebula that is being illuminated by the bright young star 42 Orionis or HD 37018 which is the star located nearest the center of The Running Man. The HII region is known as SH2-279 and includes the reflection nebula. The brightest nebulosity was discovered by William Herschel in 1786.
