When I try to run scripts in Siril I run into an error stating that my darks are different sizes. When I try to take new calibration darks the size of each image gets gradually larger. How can I fix this?

You double posted.. Don't want to do that...

I'll double reply to make it worse??

You need to feed it RAW Files in the DARKS directory and be sure no other images are in there when you run the script.

If it isn't working, then you are doing something wrong.

This is a script for No Flats, Darks, or bias.
Use as a test to make sure your lights are okay also..

https://free-astro.o..._WithoutDBF.ssf

Save the script to your scripts directory.  Start or Restart Siril,

and make sure your lights are in the Lights Directory.

Don’t know how it doubled up. My lights, bias, and flats all process fine. I’ve tried retaking three sets of darks with the same issue. There are no other files in the darks folder. As I take the sets of darks the image files get larger with each consecutive image by about 150Kb. I am able to manually process everything but am unable to run any scripts due to this error.

The error is Image SIZE Dimensions, not Image Size Bytes..

All 4 sets of images are 3888x2592 and .Cr2 that was the first thing I checked.

Not sure what to tell you, that is all I got.
Maybe your script is wrong, maybe you are on a beta version ?
Maybe your "working directory" is using a weird virtual directory instead of the real one.

Upgrade to the latest Beta, download the scripts.
Double check your processes with that of the tutorials..

Good Luck..

You can try stacking in DSS. It's fee and simple. See if you get the same error there.

DSS would stop the same if images have different sizes ;).

If you have different size check for your images.

- First make sure you have no mix between raw file sand jpg (or other format) in your sources folder

- Have you shot your images with same device? I mean sometimes ASIAIR save files in another size that the RAW images if you shoot it directly from your DSLR. It comes from the LibRaw version.
