Attached is a low exposure of M82 with my new FR and IMX071 camera. I am seeking advice on what I need to look at to resolve the image shifts (Collimation, Camera/Sensor tilt, better focus). I plan on some more sessions tonight and will look at making sure the focus is OK and will test tilt by doing some shots (180 degree camera move between them).

Appreciate any advice.

Thanks,

Ken

The image shows strong off-axis coma, but in a direction which is the opposite of what’s usual. What is the optical train composed of?

Meade LX850 10" OTA -> Optec .62 FR -> EFW -> IMX071 CCD with ~105mm back focus from FR to the sensor.
