I took my Questar out the other night and the declination would not unlock. I grabbed a little allen wrench and found there was only one set screw inside and proceeded to strip it. Previous topics mentioned a set of Bristol wrenches sizes 0.060 and 0.096, but does anyone know the size of the set screws so I can order two new ones? Thank you.

Do yourself a favor and go on eBay and there's a little tiny kit that has all the sizes of Bristol wrenches that you need to work on a Questar. Like with Allen wrenches there's only three sizes of Bristol wrenches: too big, too small, and just right

The set of Bristol wrenches are easy- now you have to find the correct set screw!

I would just give Questar a call, tell them the situation, and order set screws directly from them.

I called Questar last week and they sent me some set screws. The knob is now fixed and everything is good to go!

Thank goodness that a company that started building and selling a telescope in 1954 is still making the same telescope, largely unaltered, and can still supply parts even for early examples.
