Well here she is,  my 2012 Lunt 80mm mounted on her new Celestron AXV mount. Next week is looking like I will really get to experiment.

Does this look close to on band to you guys n gals?

Nice image Peter for a single stack. Yes, looks on band to me. We can even see a small prom.

Well glad to meet such a sweet rig!   Thank you Peter from down under.  

 

Nice looking photo too.

 

I am trying to figgure out how to leave all my junk out there and only bring in and out the scope.  My tether needs to be rabbit proof!  My wife's bunny loves my USB3 cable and keeps gnawing on it, lol.

Thanks John, just got the AVX to replace the ageing Advanced GT/CG5 and I like it. We are very fortunate to live on the beach indeed.

Thanks Chuck muchly appreciated. Wabbits you go wabbits!  We get cheeky Magpies swooping around the upstairs balcony and have wondered if they might try peck at the scope/cables.
