Hello,
Yesterday May 13, 2021 was a rainy and humid day in Lyon (France).
At the end of the afternoon the blue sky returned. I took out the material in order to capture a very small Mars.
I had trouble finding it in a still clear sky.

Finally I succeeded around 9:30 p.m. local time.

The seeing was not too bad and the transparency of the sky excellent.
Happy with the result anyway on this little star.

The main processing is done with AstroSurface software.

We will wait until Mars is smaller than 4 arc seconds ...

Amazing considering how far away Mars is now. Looking forward to latter part of 2022!

Thanks Paul !

Thanks Alain !

Thanks Sarciness !

Yes !

Seeing on my site is rarely good for high resolution.
This time the rating of 4/10 I am satisfied and it shows on the final result.
Frames had to be heavily sorted too.

Hope to have good seeing in one month again. smile.gif
