NGC 3147 doesn't get much love. There are only 18 images of it on Astrobin, and most are not very deep. I wanted to see how much outer halo there might be and if there was any IFN nearby. I have not seen any images of this galaxy that contain IFN but lo and behold, there it is. This is 150x600s with the QHY128Pro on the EdgeHD 14.

Wow, load of detail in that galaxy.
Also striking the huge contrast between the subtile
galaxy colors,and that foreground reddish carbon star

Thanks. I also like the red/blue double at around 10:00 from the galaxy.
