If you mean are they squared on the end that sits on the ground then yes.   The ones I own are made out of maple.

Hello Bob,
Are they still tight at the bottom.?..Sometimes when they are not, they can be trimmed.
I am interested in getting more info on them. I believed Rich bought it from you.He is a great guy. He has been down to my house a couple of times. Let me know about the condition.
I ways thinking of buying one of those unitron mounts for my fast focus questar too.
Thanks in advance,
Stewart

They've been boxed-up in the attic for well over a year now -- long before CV-19.

Overall good condition, but IIRC, at least 1 leg has some bending inwards:

My first legs back in the seventies were custom distressed by our parrot Perico.

I only have one set today and no photos. They have been customized too with a

router. They look pretty nice.

The only photo I have at the moment is Mr. Edscorp wearing his rubber booties

because it was raining.

Those are the correct Edmund legs. I just sold the set I had picked up from Don Rothman a few years ago. This is how I used them.

After adding some other parts.

No... I sold the OTA & Mount together, so all I have left are the wood legs & chain.

I'm keeping the Guide Scope -- it has a VG Lens.  It's just a Monolux (T) 4348 -- standard 50mm F12 tabletop frac that I converted to real astro use.  Lots of these pop up from Tasco, Sears, Tower, JCP, etc.  Often on Goodwill.

I've gotten more PMs on the legs than I did when I sold the scope...

Stew, PM sent.

Bob I'll take the legs

apparently

All the specifications for a set have probably been posted. More than enough to completely machine a set - I would think. If any diligent search says 'not really', then I will pull picture partition and post. Of the two sets I have, both have bows. I haven't had a handful but it looks like the bow tendency is common. One of mine shoots 277 FPS spear due to size. Maybe like an Avatar arrow thing.  It's in a corner I need to get to anyways where the 7TE-stuff is.
