Mounts in that condition bring $150-175 here in the U.S., but my Brazilian sources say that any mount is hard to find there, I guess that means it should bring a premium. If I had to ship one to Brazil I'd expect the postage would be at least $150 plus customs & insurance.
The 8V used an optical window to exclude dust and support the diagonal and optical corrector. If the you have the diagonal/optical corrector assembly it may be possible to have the window made or find one in someone's parts drawer. I think the primary mirror is about f/4.3-4.6. The corrector is what produces the 800mm focal length. Again given the scarcity in Brazil an ATM may want the mirror as the basis of a astrograph. Say $30-50 here.
The finder shoe and stalk $20 and the focuser maybe $30.
